Family Safety Center staff are professionally trained to help you navigate all the options available to you. Whether you are ready to leave, or you are just thinking about leaving, the FSC Navigators can help you decide what’s best for you.
We know this is a traumatic time for you. The last thing you need is to travel all around town to find safety and get justice. You can do the following at the Family Safety Center:
- File a Police Report
- Meet with detectives from Domestic Violence Unit
- Apply for Order of Protection
- Request emergency confidential housing
- Meet with court advocates (by appointment)
- Receive immigration-related victim services (by appointment)
- Obtain HIV testing and support
